We will do this with every little sister, but it is missable because you could choose not do this or miss a little sister and not gather enough. When you kill a little sister's big daddy, you can adopt them, then a little mini hoard mode start and you'll have to protect the little sister while she gathers ADAM. Master Gatherer is for gathering 600 ADAM with little sisters. You will need to kill their big daddy and make sure to 'adopt' each one, then rescue them after the ADAM harvesting. While this trophy is technically missable, we can't miss it because we will have Vita Chambers turned off, meaning we can't die.Дealt with Every Little Sister is for, well, dealing with every little sister in the game. This does not need to be done in a single fight, but across multiple. Grand Daddy is for defeating three big daddies in a fight without dying.
